Rates

You book the entire apartment - maximum 4 guests. The kitchen (ground floor) and the bedrooms, the President's Room (2nd floor) and the Grand Staircase Room (3rd floor), are completely private for your use. The first floor is occasionally privately occupied by us.

The rates for the 4-person apartment with kitchen and 2 bedrooms range from the standard rate of €253.00 per night to €202.40 per night depending on the discount.

1 night 5% discount on the standard rate

2-6 nights 10% discount on the standard rate

7 or more nights 20% discount on the standard rate

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 1 week before the arrival date.
• If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you pay 50% of your booking.
• In case of no-show, you pay 100% of the amount.
